Principles of use

• Only technically efficient rotational tools should be used.
• The tool should be fastened according to the instructions for the milling machines.
  Mount the tool as jointly as possible.
• Work in accordance with the recommended speed for a given tool, and when it is impossible to obtain the recommended speed, change the tool.
• Protective glasses should be used.
• Adjust the speed to the speeds recommended by the manufacturer of the used milling machine, workpiece and individual operator/operator skills. The manufacturer of products recommends work in the following, which is suitable for the product, rotational speeds: up to the size of 023 7-15 thousand. revolutions per minute, cutters above 023 20 - 35 thousand revolutions per minute.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before the first use, the instruments should be disinfected in the disinfectant for a period of 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove all organic particles. Then clean the instruments with ultrasound or under running water. If it is necessary to repeat the action. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it can corrode. Sterilize instruments under the following conditions:

• In hypertension 1 atm. at 121 C for 15 minutes or in 2 ATM. at 132-134 C for 5 minutes.

Product life time

The life of the product is the period in which the fullness of its utility features is maintained. The loss of any of them (defects in a diamond embankment or nickel coating, deformation) qualifies the product for immediate elimination from use.

Elimination of defective tools

• Do not use tools with a curved handle (vibrations)
• Do not use tools with signs of corrosion (risk of fragmentation of nickel coating, as well as diamond embankment and infections),
• Do not use blunt tools (thermal phenomena, vibrations)

Method of storing tools:

Store in a dry and not exposed sunny place. After removing from the original packaging, store in conditions protecting against dirt and mechanical damage.
