General provisions
§ 1
These Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations") specify the general conditions for the provision of information service in the form of a newsletter by "IQDENT" Limited Liability Company in Łódź.
Definitions of
§ 2
Newsletter - a service provided for free electronically, thanks to which the Service Recipient may receive previously ordered messages from the Service from the Service Provider, including information about offers, promotions and news in the store.
Online Store - Service Provider's online store at https://iqnails.pl
Service Provider - "IQDENT" LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY registered by the District Court for Łódź -Śródmieście in Łódź, XX Department of the National Court Register under the KRS number: 0000584723, NIP: 7252103766, REGON: 362935470, share capital: PLN 5,000.00, ul. Kilińskiego 228, 93-124 Łódź, Poland, e-mail: sklep@iqdent.pl. Service provider's details are available in the newsletter-containing e-mail footer.
Service Recipient - every entity using the Newsletter service.
Newsletter
§ 3
1. The Service Recipient may voluntarily use the Newsletter service.
2. To use the Newsletter service, it is necessary to device with a web browser in the latest version, supporting JavaScript and cookies, with access to the Internet and an active e-mail account.
3. E-mail messages sent as part of this service will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the Service Recipient at the time of signing up to the newsletter. SMS messages sent as part of this service will be sent to the telephone number provided by the Service Recipient when you sign up for the newsletter.
4. The Service Recipient, in order to conclude a contract and sign up for the Newsletter service, first marks the appropriate check box (Checkbox) in the placed on the website of the Online Store, and enters his e-mail address, and the contact phone number to which He wants to receive notifications sent as part of the newsletter. The Service Provider, to the e-mail address provided by the Service Recipient, will send the Service Recipient verifying the e-mail address, which will include a link to confirm by the Service Recipient's will to sign up for the newsletter. After the Service Recipient is confirmed by the will to sign up for the newsletter (as follows by the Service Recipient's activation link, the Service Agreement is concluded, and the Service Provider will start its provision to the Service Recipient.
5. The Service Recipient may at any time withdraw their consent to receive a newsletter, without giving a reason and incurring any costs. The consent may withdraw by sending a message to the e-mail address of the Service Provider: sklep@iqdent.pl, or by clicking the link containing the possibility of writing out of the list of subscribers of the newsletter attached to each message sent by the Service Provider as part of the newsletter.
6. Sending a message with a request to write from the newsletter will result in a immediate termination of the contract regarding the provision of this service.
7. The cessation of the provision of Newletter's service as a result of the recipient's discharge from it and withdrawing his consent to the processing of personal data does not affect the lawfulness of the processing, which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
Complaints of
§ 4
1. Complaints regarding the newsletter should be submitted by the Service Provider to the e-mail address: sklep@iqdent.pl.
2. The Service Provider will respond to the complaint within 14 days of receipt of the complaint.
Personal data
§ 5
1. The administrator of personal data provided by the Service Recipient in connection with the use of the newsletter is the Service Provider.
2. Consent to receive a newsletter is voluntary. The Service Provider does not make the conclusion of contracts or setting up an account in the Online Store dependent on the recipient's consent to receive the newsletter.
3. The basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of the Service Provider (Article 6 (1) lit. f) of the GDPR, which is also conducting direct marketing, i.e. sending the Newsletter service recipient, along with commercial information, in accordance with the principles set out in the general regulation of the European Parliament Council (EU) on data protection (GDPR), and then the contract and the purpose of its implementation. Detailed information on data processing by the Service Provider is included in the privacy policy posted on the online store website.
4. The effect of consent to receiving the newsletter is:
a) consent to the service of the Service Provider's personal data by the Service Provider, such as:
- internet mail address (email),
- telephone number,
- name and surname
to receive commercial and marketing information, and
b ) consent to the Service Recipient from the Service Provider by electronic means to the internet mail address provided by the Service Recipient and/or telephone number commercial information.
Final provisions
§ 6
1. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend the Regulations for important reasons, namely due to a change in the provisions of the law affecting the provision of the service or the need to modernize the service.
2. The Service Provider will inform the Service Recipient about the planned amendment to the Regulations by sending him a message to the Service Recipient's e-mail address provided when signing up to the newsletter, at least 7 days before the changes to life.
3. In the absence of acceptance of planned changes to the Regulations, the Service Recipient should send information about this to the e-mail address of the service provider: sklep@iqdent.pl, which will result in the termination of the contract for the provision of the service as soon as the planned changes enter the life.
4. In the event that the Service Recipient does not oppose the planned changes to the Regulations until they enter into force, it is assumed that he accepts them.
5. It is prohibited to provide unlawful content by the Service Recipient, and in particular the Service Recipient is obliged to:
a) failure to submit and fail to content prohibited by law, e.g. content propagating violence, defamatory or violating personal rights and other rights of third parties,
b) use from the service in a way that does not disturb its functioning, in particular by using specific software or devices,
c) not taking actions such as: sending or placing unimposed commercial information within the store (spam).
